Coaching & boosting
Which games do you coach?+
We cover League of Legends, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2 and Apex Legends at every rank. Each coach specialises in one title and holds a verified Diamond-and-above account. If you play something else, message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is boosting safe for my account?+
Every booster uses a VPN matched to your region and plays offline-status where possible. We never change your account details or make purchases, and we support 2FA-friendly handoff. In five years we've had zero account bans tied to our service.
Booking & the studio
Do I have to visit Shoreditch in person?+
Not at all — most 1-to-1 coaching runs remotely over voice and screen-share. The Curtain Road studio is there for LAN bootcamps and team scrim blocks if you want the in-person setup, coffee and a coach on the floor.
What are your opening hours?+
The lodge is open Monday to Friday 12:00–22:00 and weekends 10:00–20:00. Remote coaching slots can be booked outside those hours by arrangement, and we'll always confirm your time in writing before charging.
What's your refund policy?+
Cancel a coaching session at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or reschedule. For boosting, if we don't reach the agreed rank we refund the unmet portion. Bootcamp seats are refundable up to seven days before the date.
